The Living Lab in Nicosia, Cyprus, coordinated by ATLANTIS Environment & Innovation Ltd Cons. was conducted on the 28th of March 2023 and discussed the use of micro algae to Telia aquaculture as circular economy practice solution at full scale in their facility. The Living Lab attended academia, SMEs and stakeholders from Cyprus and Greece, such as from Pemier Shukuroglou, AP Marine, the University of Cyprus, Kimagro Fish and the Cyprus Marine and Maritime Institute.
During the event, the Project Team presented the results of the project with a focus on the selection of evaluation criteria and systems for assessing the level of environmental friendliness of products and services in the fields of agriculture and fish farming and the e-procurement system which is under development by the project team. Valuable feedback was provided by participants pertaining to the feasibility and practical application of the various types of green criteria and assessment methodologies.
